Defective or Damaged Items

If your clips arrive broken, cracked, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

Wrong Item or Missing Clips

If we sent the wrong clip type, wrong quantity, or your order is missing items, contact us and we'll ship the correct items at no charge. If you ordered the wrong clip for your frame type, reach out and we'll help you figure out the right one — we recommend sending a photo of your frame before ordering to avoid this.

Returns

If the clips aren't what you expected, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work with you to make it right. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis — just reach out and we'll figure out the best solution.

Not Sure Which Clip Fits Your Frame?

Before ordering, send us a close-up photo of your pool cage frame and we'll tell you exactly which clip you need. This avoids the most common reason for returns. Email us at [email protected] or message us on Etsy.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Etsy orders: Open a case through Etsy Messages or the "Help with order" button on your order page. We respond within 24 hours.
  2. Direct orders: Email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

  • All orders ship from Tampa Bay, Florida via USPS First-Class Mail
  • Free shipping on orders $35 and up
  • Processing time: 1-2 business days (made to order)
  • Delivery: typically 2-5 business days within the US
